It was absolutely disaster. No lifts to first floor and my son has disabilities which I said to the receptionist on my arrival but they didn't care or offer anything

If yo are looking for a place to only sleep this is for you. You do not have any room to move around it is very small for 2 people who have multiple luggage’s. It was very uncomfortable the set up to find your rooms is inconvenient. Our first night they told us our room was not available so they “upgraded us to a bigger room” which was still very small and then the next day they had to move our belongings since we were there for 4 nights. Trying to shower in the bathroom it was smaller than a cruise ship shower. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is very limited but included. There are not many bars/ restaurants near by but the Italian restaurant next door is delicious.

La habitación estaba bien para una sola persona, sin embargo es más pequeña de lo que uno puede percibir en las fotos de promoción. Los recepcionistas eran amables y siempre intentaban ayudar. El personal que trabaja en el desayuno es algo grosero, sobre todo una señora mayor extranjera quien tenia malos modales e intentaba imponer sus decisiones a los huespedes. Se molestó porque pedí que por favor calentaran las tostadas las cuales estaban frías. El desayuno es EXTREMEDAMENTE BÁSICO para el precio del hotel no coincide. No cuentan con cecinas ni con quesos. Al menos la habitación era cómoda pero al baño le faltaba mucha limpieza. Buena ubicación.

Good Location

Proximity to Victoria Station is very convenient. Very friendly, helpful front desk. Room was larger than most single rooms I've had in the city. It was right by the elevator and so I could hear noisy people coming/going late at night. Breakfast was limited but otherwise just fine. All I did was sleep there so it was definitely fine for that.

Lovely, modernised hotel with good transport links

This was the (almost) perfect place to stay and we'll definitely be back. We were upgraded to a triple room as we had requested a quiet room. The room was modern, clean and comfortable (and quite spacious for a London hotel) and breakfast the next morning was plentiful and set us up for the day. The hotel is only a short walk from both Pimlico and Victoria stations. All of the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. I just have one small grumble - there was only just enough milk in the tiny containers to have one cup of coffee each on arrival, leaving nothing for a morning cuppa. On asking at late-night reception for more, I was told they were only 'supposed to give out four'. Not enough for two morning cuppas! He did then splash out and rustle up six, so that was good :-). Also, a couple of little packs of biscuits for arrival would have been nice. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend the Sidney Hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Zu Fuß sehr schnell in der City. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer ok. Jedoch Probleme mit der Heizung und der Klimaanlage, die das nicht sehr serviceorientierte Personal nicht behoben hat!! Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich. Personal im Servicebereich sehr oberflächlich.

Hotel Sidney una struttura veramente pulita e confortevole situata a Victoria Station c’è la fermata del bus fuori la struttura colazione internazionale inclusa, ma la cosa più importante che la consiglio pienamente e che alla reception c’è un ragazzo di nome CRISTIAN parla benissimo in italiano una persona speciale e gentilissima, prox weekend non mancherà modo di rifare la prenotazione in loco

Nice location - walking distance to Victoria Station, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and the bar area was cozy. However the room was tiny - had the feel of a dorm room...but smaller. It's also a bit noisy, as you can hear all the activity in the hallways and continual slamming doors. This hotel is rated 3-stars, but I'm not sure why. It seems more like a 2-star to me.

If it wasn’t for the night staff I would say it’s a good hotel. Guess if you stay here you can’t stay out past 1am. Got back after a night on the town to meet a locked door and had to knock as though I was asking for a favor and didn’t pay to stay there. Horrible night staff, imagine paying money to stay somewhere and having to wait outside in the cold until it pleases the staff to let you in.

저는 싱글룸에서 잤는데 작지만 혼자 숙박하기에는 괜찮았어요. 호텔이 주요 관광지 가까이에 위치해서 대중교통이 아주 편리했어요. 런던은 숙박요금이 비싼데 여기는 합리적인 가격이라 생각해요. TV가 높이 달려있고.아침식사가 너무 소박한 게 조금 아쉽지만, 직원들이 모두 하나같이 정말 친절해서 잊혀지지 않아요. 런던에 또 간다면 다시 이 호텔에 숙박하고 싶어요.
