Room clean. Breakfast OK. Front desk staff very helpful when asked for directions but not for reasonable room upgrade. Breakfast served staff was OK however got the feeling if you speak foreign languages rather than Chinese you got extra friendly reception, I tested it myself.

My second time staying at the hotel. Love the breakfast. Also, our flight landed in Taoyuan by 5pm, so got in Taipei way early by 8am. We appreciated the staff being super nice and helpful to find ways to help us check in early at 1pm before the official check in time (3pm). The restaurant food and my overall dining experience at the hotel were excellent. It would be great if the staff had proactively replaced a couple of light bulbs in the room that burned out, but that did not impact my stay with the hotel.

Incredible service in a very convenient location in Taipei. There are an endless amount of good restaurants nearby and you are walking distance from the trendy Zhongshan District. The only downside is the hotel amenities themsleves are minimal. But the property and room itself are lovely.

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, providing a peaceful night's sleep with no outside noise. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others
