The location is also excellent, with easy access to both the Underground and train stations, making it very convenient to get around. In addition, there is a large shopping mall nearby along with many great restaurants, which made dining and shopping very enjoyable. Overall, I would...

「The room is good. The breakfast is normal and the coffee is not included in the breakfast menu, need to order additionally.」

「Overall, the room is clean and comfortable except the outdoor environment is very dirty.」

「Great spot. Clean room. Sinks were all stuck. No toothpaste or extra soap in rooms at all.」

「Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money in the expensive London. Transportation to the city centre is just around the corner. There is no elevator in the building and may be difficult to carry your luggages to the 2/F through the narrow staircase.」

「check in/out quickly」
