“This place was perfect for us. Family of 4, traveled with my young adult children. We had space, there are balconies in every room. It was spacious. Close to all major public transport. Also love that they partner with local businesses for breakfast or lunch and even the gym. Our next trip to London id absolutely stay here again. “just next to kings cross station and st pancras. Super conveninent with lots of foodstores nearby. Despite a small entrance, the hotel itself is really spacious. Very new and clean. Rooms are a bit dark. But overall it is really good. Love the pantry where u can serve yourself, from milk, snacks, to cake, coffee, newspaper and magazine.”

"We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help."
