「Good value and communication with perfect location.」

「No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody.」

「Tess was incredibly communicative before and during the stay which made check-in and check-out seamless. The home had everything you needed for a family with a young baby/toddler which was so helpful. The home is as per images, only thing to note is the basement does not have windows however the room was very cool and on a hot summer's night it's great. 「Sarah was very easy to connect with, and she was kind enough to allow us to drop our bags off early since we were already in town. She helped us find plans for activities in London for a very hot day and her home was spotless. It was ideal for our family of four, especially since our children are two older teenagers and they both had their own space. Having a well stocked kitchen and washer dryer were musts for us. The home is located in a safe neighborhood very close to Pimilco tube station....
