“We found a used bandaid in our shower in the shampoo/ body wash area. The room was very hot or too cold and no refrigerator so our drinks and food were not cold. We had six people in two different rooms and we were only given 5 waters upon check in and 4 cookies, also for our party of six there were only 4 towels provided for showering, 2 in each room, not enough for our family of 5. We also requested 3 months in advance for adjoining rooms which was not even a consideration by the hotel. The……
