Beach Getaway

What a great home, right on the main road but was not noisy at all. Within walking distance to everything! Very cozy home, after our day out on the beach and in town it was nice to just stay home and relax. Comfy living room and bedrooms. Perfect for our family getaway. The fence yard was also very nice for our 2 yr. old, she loved the swing.

Thanksgiving at the Coast

Property manager was great and checked in to make sure all was well. Kitchen was well stocked with dinning and cooking items. Was clean and well furnished

Great choice in Long Beach

We loved this house and its easy access to all that Long Beach has to offer! The property management group gave us all necessary info and was in touch throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. This is a great spot for taking advantage of downtown Long Beach and the actual beach.

Great crash pad!

It was everything we hoped for in a long weekend stay. Can't beat the location. It's very close to all the action of downtown Long Beach but far enough away to feel secluded. We had no issues walking to the beach, Funland arcade, Marshs free museum, and Dylans Cottage Bakery. We were needing a place to stay close to family but have a separate space to sleep and relax and this place did the trick.

Great location and comfortable!

The property is pretty well kept (could not get to the back yard but didn’t really have a need). Inside has a large stock of everything (blankets, towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment, etc.). Was a little worried of noise since we were across the street from a restaurant but it was no problem at all!!! A very nice place…we all enjoyed it very much!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After some issues were taken care of, our stay wasgood. Great location and nice to have fenced yard for my dog.

Relaxing get away

Perfect layout for the 6 of us, 80yrs to 4yrs. Small dog loved the yard. Kids loved the swing. So close to horseback riding, we could have walked. A complete kitchen, even down to spices. Comfortable beds, lots of towels. This was our first time renting a home, really didn't know what to expect. It went beyond our expectations. If I had questions I received immediate responses. Outstanding customer service at every level.

Looks are deceiving

This property was in town. Quiet at night. Had necessary amenities. However check in was delayed due to housekeeping. We waited while floors were sprayed. Came back in floors were soaked with chemical spray. Had to take towels and dry them ourselves as we had pets. Cobwebs everywhere. Huge dust bunnies under beds. Dryer wasn’t working so went to sit on bed and bedding was damp. Fence broken which was a safety issue with pets. The decking is a mess. The place just lacks attention and upgrading. We enjoyed being there as a family and hopefully someone will take a look at the state of the place and take care of it

Our Fall Break

The house and yard were just what we needed for our family and our pups. The fenced yard made it easy for our pups and our granddaughter loved the swing. It was an easy walk to town and the beach and board walk. Dylan's Bakery has the best donut and don't forget the ice cream shop!

Great location!

It was perfectly tucked around the corner of the main strip and easy walk to ocean access. Having the fenced in yard for our dog was great! We will be back next year! Only con was that the floors were a bit sandy on our arrival.
