The staff needs to communicate appropriately and state it is not running as it should be.」

「Overall it was fine but room door was broken and would not double lock. Maintenence unable to fix. Window llshade in room was filthy. And the only place to get cash changed is with valet parking. Room is spacious with nice view but bathroom very small. The part that would keep us from staying here in the future is the outrageous $90 daily parking fee.」

「We experienced comfort and relaxation in our Queen Porch room. The porch addition allowed us the extra space to drink tea and read in the afternoon. The weather changed to chilly during our stay and it was lovely to rest next to the fireplace downstairs. Breakfast was a perfect variety of fruit, pastry, yogurt, and salami. 「It was good. We paid for a Panasonic suite which was nice- but they gave us a low floor so the panorama was really the dumpster and a building site- but further out you could see the ocean… room was nice and big - the AC units are old are noisy so along with the general noise in the area, didn’t sleep so well, but I’m a light sleeper so maybe that’s on me. Super dog friendly which was lovely and had a great time at the pool cabana. Will go back but likely specify which floor we would like to be...
