「I never got to stay there because nobody was say the desk to check me in and was charged the Tull amount of the room through Expedia. Expedia tried to rectify it but could not reach a manager there to waive my fees. Completely unacceptable」

「Stayed 2 days in May 2026 Very noisy neighbor, went to office needed a different room, young man in office said he'd speak to the room next door.....i said please don't just move me.....the way the world is today, fear of retribution from neighbor....I'm an older woman alone, neighbor a big man in 40's (i was staying 2 nights).....the neighbor was staying 1 night! The noisy neighbor never stopped, i called office and asked again to change room, which he finally did.......but it shoukd have been...
