“Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come.”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Ronda & Steve's place. I truly had everything I needed in this nice private room. Impeccable bathroom with a nice bed and clean kitchenette. Ronda and Steve have been amazing hosts, so kind, very responsive and always happy to chat about little Exuma or life in general. Steve’s cooking was delicious.There are no words to describe how peaceful and relaxing this place is. I have cherished the special moments spent in Ronda’s beautiful garden, kayaking in the Moriah……

“Our stay at Robert’s home was perfect- the views from the home overlooking turtle bay are gorgeous. The home was very spacious, had everything we needed. Check-in was very smooth, the home was easy to find. We enjoyed having the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet, safety was never a concern. We are already wanting to return and will definitely stay again! ”

“Bang for the buck, if you’re looking for an inexpensive pillow to lay your head on at night, then this place is for you. If it’s luxury you’re after, keep looking. But, it was the best deal I found in the Georgetown area at very short notice. We are cruisers and had family come in. Our initial plan was to dingy back and forth from our boat. It was close to everything, an easy walk although we had a car rental so it made things much easier to explore the island”

“This is the PERFECT place to stay in Exuma if you want an amazing vacation. Everything was perfect - the location is within walking distance to the town so you don't need a car, it's in the most beautiful location where you can watch the sunrise every day, and the house is decorated so beautifully by Nancy. Nancy was so helpful in booking us transportation or helping us solve issues when we needed it. Highly recommend booking this spot.”

“Steve was a fantastic host. Everyone says reach out in their reviews, and they aren't wrong. From suggestions with pre-planning activities with my 7 month old to the extensive advice after arrival of things to do. We were also welcomed with some cold beer and breakfast supplies after a late arrival from delays. The house was also in a great location (would recommend a rental car, but thats for anywhere on Exuma) close to grocery stores and pretty central on the island. Great breeze that goes……
