“Comfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. ”

“Beautiful room and amenities. We stayed in one of the garden rooms which was gorgeous, and would be even nicer when warmer as each has a little table and chairs in front - the room had everything you could want v spacious and gorgeous Temple Spa bathroom products, and a lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of Copper House gin ;) lovely meal in the restaurant and delicious breakfast. We were there combining a whiskey tour and tasting just next door which would highly recommend. We know and……

“Lovely hotel Beautiful room upgrade a surprise so lovey thank you overlooking the pond & golf course. Breakfast sunday morning a nightmare no staff to assist, had to ask for cups, plates and fresh food as food was not being replenished quick enough for the amount of guests. Tables not being cleaned away lots of guests waiting around for stuff. 1 guy in the restaurant running around when others should have been more attentive and doing their job. Need more staff or Manager needs to have a word……

“Such a fantastic hotel, parking on site but small, there is a paid carpark right near by that is not expensive. The room has everything and more, beautiful furnishings. Lovely walk along the promenade. ”
