“The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 5. We cooked all of our meals there and used the fire pit as well. There's endless firewood available. The pond was amazing for fishing, and we also used the provided kayak and canoe to paddle around. We were able to see and feed a lot of the animals. “Loved coming "home" after hiking Zion (1:20m drive) and Bryce (30m drive) all day. The beds were grreat with lovely blankets. Heaters in each room and the kitchen kept us warm. Loved the washer and dryer and great bath towels. We cooked dinners at home after shopping in Panguitch (15m drive) and enjoyed a deliciously huge breakfast at The Flying Goat. “Everything was excellent except for the pillows which didn't matter in the end for some of use because we took our own. I would recommend the ranch house to anybody and I would definitely go back. I will also take my pillow with me next time.”

“Jeremy was super responsive! Had a question at 10:15 pm and responded within minutes and stayed responding til we figured out my situation. Nothing wrong with the stay. The place had split stacked up wood for sale and a nice firepit. So worth the price they are selling it for. Made for a memorable night with the family. Jacuzzi was large and clean. Easy to open and just a short 10 second walk up a trail to a private and secluded area. Will be back for sure. Thank you!”

“Such a quiet and lovely place to unwind and do some stargazing. Really nice kitchen with new appliances and dishwater, beautiful tile throughout, and super comfortable beds. Very close to both Zion and Bryce, and other natural spots. The cattle and the horses came up to the fence close to our place, and the pinto enjoyed a good scratch under her chin. Loved it all! ”
