“Exactly the mini vacation we hoped for! The house is cozy and very clean! If you're sharing the master bathroom, make sure it's with someone you're comfortable with because the bathroom doors are barn doors and don't lock or close properly. If you like to cook, ask if the type of utilities you need are provided or bring your own. all the dishes were clean except the grilling tongs that had been used and put back w/o washing, but I guess that was the responsibility of the previous guest. “Amazing view, beautiful property, stocked well, very nice decor and finishings. This was to be our luxury overnight on a string of park hopping and hiking. This was our night of relaxing on the back deck and soaking it up in the hot tub. It had to be cleaned the day we arrived and was not hot in time for us to use it at all. Hosts explained situation and provided great communication, apology and compensation for lack of facility usage. Would love to rent again if we could for sure use……

“Loved coming "home" after hiking Zion (1:20m drive) and Bryce (30m drive) all day. The beds were grreat with lovely blankets. Heaters in each room and the kitchen kept us warm. Loved the washer and dryer and great bath towels. We cooked dinners at home after shopping in Panguitch (15m drive) and enjoyed a deliciously huge breakfast at The Flying Goat.
