「First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! On the downside, no AC, in sunny and hot weather (daytime highs were 36 Č) it gets very hot because directly under roof, therefore windows wide open out of necessity. From the large terrace you have a great view of the lake. 「We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍」

「Wir waren mit 6 Personen, davon zwei Kinder in der ersten Septemberwoche zu Gast in der Villa Gaia. Das ganze Anwesen war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Vom aller feinsten. Großes Wohnzimmer und Küche. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Das beste aber war der riesige Garten. Hier gab es einen großen Pool ( ist in Wirklichkeit größer als auf den Bildern). Tischtennis Platte und den großen Garten mit vielen Oliven...
