“Very nice house. Pool was a great break from the beach for the kids. Ample space for our group of 14. Could even fit all of us around the table. Located on a lovely street and an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Great front porch to hang out on for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Martin was very attentive to our questions and needs.”

“Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. If you’re not an early riser, I’d suggest booking elsewhere just due to the Bungalow……

“I don't often stay at places with so few reviews, but as my family was renting in the height of summer, and we only needed to rent for a few nights (as opposed to a full week), I didn't have a choice. Fortunately for me, all turned out well.I didn't know much about the area in general, but my family was very happy with the location. The beach is an easy walk, it isn't crowded, and the owners have plenty of beach passes and parking passes to offer. They also supply some beach chairs and……

“As life can throw us curve balls, we needed a getaway. I looked for a quiet place close to the Nature places listed in the title to take pictures! This unit is very comfortable and has more of what you need than most places. Took a quick walk on the trails with the dog, very nice! I believe the black swans are the only two and are beautiful. We had a great meal at Oyster Creek, and there is a bakery in the Smithville shops. ”

“We neeed a place near family for an event that could accommodate 5 adults and 2 cars. We not only got that, but a spacious one with picture windows overlooking the canal near the beach, with a laid back and gracious host and plently of room for each of us to relax. The kitchen was fully kitted and the beds very comfortable. ”

“Stphen and Donna were lovely and their house did not disappoint. The pictures and property were just as expected online. The beds were shockingly comfortable (I rarely ever say that!) and the linens/comforters were so cozy.
