“The house was super cute, liked all that was available, however guests need to be able to adjust temperature as needed for personal comfort and not just have a preset of 77 degrees. One could hardly stay inside as it was hot, humid and uncomfortable. It only slightly cooled off at night. We had to open the doors to be able to keep it decent inside. Also can ya make sure there are batteries for the remotes? We had to go buy batteries. Also can there be an option of TV service in at least the……

“We really enjoyed our stay in this home and the area of Carlton Landing. It was fun and relaxing and we had everything we needed in the home, even while preparing our Thanksgiving meal. There was more than enough space for our family of four and we enjoyed the multiple spots for sitting outside in the sunshine. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. “We had a great stay here with family. The house was well kept and clean. We enjoyed kayaking in the pond. Although, we had to clean out the wasps nests before using them. Unfortunately, the exterior photos of the property on the listing were not accurate. There were lots of weeds around the house even the front entrance and pond. The trails were un walkable as the grass was so tall you could not see where you were stepping. This did not ruin our stay by any means, but was disappointing as we……

“We love visiting Carlton Landing for a relaxing escape. Crew’s Cottage was our favorite house to date! It had the perfect space for 6 adults and 2 kids. It was also stocked with everything we needed and more! Micah was available throughout our stay and very responsive! Also, the house is perfectly decorated with many spaces to enjoy time with your family. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful house, spacious, and well decorated. They made sure we had everything we could have needed. There was even an "incase you forgot it" box. The patio area is perfect with a firepit for the kiddos to make smores. The stairs for the walk down to the lake were well kept and it was a great fishing area. It was the perfect weekend getaway for the family. The grill could use a little TLC but still worked out for us to cook burgers. Would definitely recommended this place and stay here again. ”

“The lodge we rented was clean, well appointed, well located for the community. We were very comfortable and felt completely at home. Carlton Landing is a pleasant community with easy access to resources. The lodge we rented was hard to find. There aren’t any markers on the street to indicate it is down a walking lane. Also, a small convenience store in the community is needed; nothing major, just some amenities and essentials.”

“I am a pastor who recently lost my wife to cancer and needed a getaway to decompress and reconnect with God. This was the perfect location to isolate myself away from people for a couple of days.
