“While the property maintains excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort, the overall guest experience fell short of its premium price tag. Check-in was delayed significantly by a slow computer system, which is not ideal after a long travel day. Furthermore, as the most expensive lodging option within 50 miles, the absence of an expanded continental breakfast is a notable omission. A complimentary breakfast should absolutely be offer. To truly justify its high rates, the hotel needs to……

“The breakfast was good, location is good.They used to have a small gym, that was eliminated.”

“Room was neat but many stains on the floor and in the bathroom (tub and floor) . Storage lacking in the bathroom so there was an unappealing rusted wire rack that held towels and extra toilet paper roll. Staff is amazing.”

“I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! Gage in the restaurant and Danielle at the front desk were exceptionally great! The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.”

“The room we were in was dirty, the air conditioning sucked, when we went out for the day and came back HOUSEKEEPING HAD DONE NOTHING BUT BRING IN SOME TOWELS FOR THE BATHROOM WHICH WERE STAINED, they did not clean the bathroom at all, did not sweep/ vacuum didn’t clean the bed or even at least leave clean linen for the bed. It was horrible the front desk staff nice, but cleanliness was 0/10”

Bed was great and the shower felt great. Check-in was a breeze, one of the fastest and less complicated with the desk person being very polite and courteous! will stay again.”
