Track at the end of the Kilmuir Road This is not temporary flooding. The track is now pretty much beyond use by vehicles of any sort, several sections of it having reverted to deep, wet bog. It is still a pleasant enough walk alongside it.

What a difference a day makes. This picture of the River Horneval is taken from almost the same vantage point as the picture I took less than 24 hours previously, 1019297. It must have rained a lot in the night..!

Facility was top notch Ian was friendly helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this place to adult guess wanting to be centrally located on Skye. Breakfast choices were perfect for our group of 4.
