"Beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing"

"The Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, it was wonderful. I hadn't slept like that for a month. Very clean linen and towels. We were placed at the end of the hall so we had no noise, that was great. The only thing I noticed wrong with the room was that it was dated and needed furnishing updates. The chair had a hole in the cushion and the button of the chair the upholstery was coming undone on the bottom. The bathroom door molding needs to be replaced, it was a bit beat up on the bottom closest to the shower. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The eggs and sausages were very tasty. The staff though was AMAZING, very friendly but professional and very courteous, especially the older gentleman working the breakfast area, really enjoyed conversing with him and also both desk clerks were great. "

"Enjoyed the property, downside is the lobby is closed certain hours to retrieve additional beverages and resources, so you’re stuck with the side door only by key card or else you’re stuck "

"Barista was late. REALLY needed coffee b4 7am but didnt want to make in room while daughter was sleeping. Then coffee sales didnt start until 7am and Barista was late. Purchased cold brew from vending."

"Really great experience overall. Place is safe in the neighborhood. Convenient to fast food and Walmart. Helpful staff and real clean hotel and it was reasonable price. Only thing was that upon entering our room, toilet tissue paper was not stocked and had to ask for it at the front desk. Other than that, would recommend staying here again. "

"Very good hotel stay, pet friendly, clean, updated. Staff was very caring and courteous. Although I was just passing through Chattanooga, Baymont will be on my list to search for on my next road trip. "

" We traveled from Florida and they allowed us to check in super early. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good! Balcony bar area super nice as well. Shower didn't spill out a ton of water like most hotels. Bed was was comfy but, boyfriend did not think so. Shower sprayer didn't spray fully and complimentary coffee was cold. Staff also offered to fill our cooler with ice, which was super sweet of them."
