"This treehouse is tucked away in the shade along the edge of a beautiful stretch of walnut trees. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for 2 people, and has a great layout that is bigger in person.We spent our days hiking nearby and the evenings watching the lightning bugs. They have the sweetest barn cat we met by the silo. We hope to stay again!"

"We booked Marcie’s house for our semi annual vacation for 30 people for a week. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole crew. The kids loved fishing and swimming all day. The kitchen was loaded and the house had plenty of grills making dinners easy. The pool is huge & Marcie helped keep it clean all week. The property is so private and so much to do there. We loved the open carport next to the pool as it provided a tons of shade with a breeze going through. At night we were all able to enjoy dinners and card games in the massive dining room next to the kitchen. The AC kept the house comfortable and there was so much seating inside and outside, something that can be a challenge with such a large group. Another big shout out is the refrigerator space, we have never had so many refrigerators in a house for a group this size. Marcie’s communication was exceptional. She was proactive with setting up times to clean pool/check hot tub , and she answered any question our group had within minutes. There is a dollar general conveniently located within a mile of the house too. So many fun activities and places to visit within 30 mins of the house as well! What a wonderful trip with an A host. I hope to return. "

"Close to Chattanooga, Rock City, and Ruby Falls! We loved the screened in porch looking out at the backyard. There is a basketball hoop, foose ball, ping pong table, and hot tub that offered so much fun for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone!"

"This was a great property for our large family to get together for a weekend getaway! There are 20 of us total and plenty of space for all of us including young kids, teenagers and adults. The separated two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette was great for putting kids down for naps or having just some extra space. The outdoor space was great with lots of outdoor games in the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very nice in checking in with us during our check in and check out and available as we needed. We didn't see the hot tub which was on the listing but that wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Overall, it was a great property with available owner and fit our needs for a great family weekend together."
