「The room/hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical watery scrambled eggs, potatos, waffle, biscuit and gravy. The biggest complaint was the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants from 8-10pm. The TV service was very spotty.」

「Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.」

「The motel is a bit outdated. The carpet is old. The air conditioner was old. The bathroom could use a remodel. However, this is a Super 8 rifgt off the interstate and not the Ritz-Carlton. The mattresses and sheets were new. The towels were clean. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. There's a desk with chair and an extra recliner chair in the room. The flat screen TV works. There is a breakfast that consists of coffee, juice, and danishes. There is ample parking. We also never felt...

「Horrible beds, and the breakfast was only cereal with a gallon of milk, that’s it. We were supposed to stay two nights but couldn’t, we left after 1 night.」

「The pillows looked like they someone had just been laying on them, the bedding looked "clean" but doubt it was. We had to wipe the chair off and there was a brown substance that came off the chair on the rag. The hand towels and shower towels were stained, again doubt they were actually clean. The room was a smoking allowed as it was the only one they had left but it smelled way worse than a smoking room should. I will be asking for a refund as the description, pictures, and cleanliness did not...

「The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh.」

「Gabe was amazing! We had been going through it before getting to the hotel. It was a bad night. This experience was very different! Gabe was, by far, the most polite and helpful greeting we had witnessed. He was so kind and patient! He definitely made our stay much better!! He's a keeper!」

「Our room smelt like cigarettes. There were long black hairs on the shower and door. The floor wasn’t swept in the bathroom. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was no carpet. Overall it was hard to breathe In there because the air was thick and we didn’t get a good nights rest. Also for the record I did send a message to the front desk after check in. It being so late we decided to tough it out since we were only going to be there 7 hours. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AGAIN. I...
