"Great quiet location with very close proximity to the trail run race we were doing. Loved the beach access and this was a great place to stay with two families with small children because of the upstairs and downstairs bedroom locations and the full kitchen and laundry. "

"Hot tub and fire pit areas and living room taking advantage of the incredible view were awesome. Even enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit in the rain thanks to the nice covering. The house was huge with plenty of space for our multi-generational group. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a lovely touch. There was a trailhead for one of the provincial parks very close by. The place was a 15-20 min ride from anywhere in town so it’s a little inconvenient to go back and forth during the day. Be aware that to get to Highway 4 you do have to go all the way into Qualicum and back out - there’s no connection by car in the community. Definitely a place you can feel very private in. Kitchen was large - equipment in the drawers were a bit haphazard but we were able to cook meals at the house without much problem - grill worked great and plenty of propane was provided."
