Det uppskattades verkligen att det fanns en fläkt, särskilt under de varma dagarna, eftersom den gjorde vistelsen mycket mer bekväm. "Staff was very friendly. Location was ok. But the worst part and reason for poor review is the room had bed bugs. We checked in late at night and we didn't discover the bugs until after midnight. Reception was already closed and I sent a message but nobody responded. We had to sleep in the floor away from the beds and walls. We had to wait till 9am when Reception opened to talk to someone. The gentleman that help me was very helpful and was able to move us to a new room. Management never...

Hotel Mondial am Dom Cologne - MGallery

Hotel Mondial am Dom Cologne - MGallery

10/10 Excellent
"Great location with an easy walk from the Hbf and the Dom, but still around the corner as to not feel loud or crowded. Room was very nice with typical size and features. Staff was pleasant, and I didn’t try out the gym or restaurant. Only had breakfast there one of the days, and it was rather pricey but good. Overall recommend for a trip to Köln with easy walk to the highlights."
