“Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. ”

“My favorite hotel in Versilia. Clean modern rooms, very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast every morning. Located across from the beach and surrounded by really good restaurants. What more could you ask for?”

“非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。 飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。 可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。”

“It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.”

“Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots.”

“There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.”

“From start to near finish (we’re still here), this hotel ticks all the right boxes. I felt compelled to write this review even before the end of our stay - it was/is that good. We arrived quite late and the town was very busy. We had to park the car just outside to unload the bags. The receptionist staff came to great us (to check if we were staying there). He then told us to leave bags in lobby while we looked for a parking space - which was at a premium due to a public holiday. While we were……

“Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. ”
