“很棒的住宿體驗 環境跟空間 都很舒服 房間也很乾淨”

“The best experience in Milan The hotel is new, clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and glad to help. We will vist again. The hotel is near Loreto metro and it is easy to find.”

“Staff are nice and always prepare your room to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast is light but also give you a treat of Italian stype day-starter with a relaxing garden and sunlight.”

“The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was reasonably convenient, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. It would have been even better if an electric kettle and cups had been provided in the room. The staff recommended an Italian restaurant next door, but unfortunately I did not have time to try it. For breakfast, I had a croissant and coffee at the café around the corner on the right. It was both affordable and delicious.……

“Lovely hotel, nice clean big room. Staff were very helpful, would certainly stay here again”

“Very far from the station Centrale and not convenient. The place is very strange and no service. The check-in is limited-time , Not a proper place to live. ”

“Poor customer service Unacceptable part is the absence of hospitality Worst hotels I have ever stayed in Milan Will never visit again”

“Bra läge, minimal info. Reception på en adress och boende på en annan. Mysig balkong, men extremt knarrig säng.”

“Good location and efficient services”

“Everything is good”

“豪華整潔”

“地點便利，可以寄放行李，早餐選擇豐富。”

“酒店交通十分方便，而且很近中央火車站，在附近找吃及購物都很好。酒店大部分服務及設施都不錯，只是第一天入住大約 7:00PM 全酒店停電了，我們在大堂等了約 45 分鐘才回復正常。”
