Beim CheckIn wäre es sinnvoll vielleicht auf das WLAN einzugehen und darauf hinzuweisen, dass das Tor einfach zugezogen wird. "A very nice hotel/resort. Visited in April so it was quiet. Rooms very nicely decorated. The outside pool was closed (too early in the season) and the indoor one is only accessible with a 20 Euro Spa pass. Enjoyed my stay very much. "
