“Beautiful house and views”

“This was a terrific property for a long family stay. Our party was 6 adults and 2 infants and there was plenty of sleeping and relaxing spaces. The large terrace was a very welcome space. The location is good. It's adjacent to the historic center. We walked everywhere. ”

“My group of 12 friends/6 couples just completed an incredible week at Cate’s family’s Villa. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The views are amazing and the photos don’t do the Villa and the grounds justice. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms and the rooms were spacious. The common space was lovely whether indoors or outdoors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a group or if we wanted some quiet time. The Villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.……

“There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. “We had a really good time at this property. Everything was very clean and it was well equipped for what we wanted. It was very hot whilst we were there, so the air con and pool were very much appreciated! The town itself has several decent restaurants (so no need to cook, if you dont want to!) and there are some local buses but a car is needed really to make the most of the wider surrounding area (including the beautiful pool).The owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful with any queries……

“Most beautiful villa for our family for a big birthday. I wanted a fabulous outdoor patio dining table that could manage our group of 12 over looking views and vineyards. I wanted comfortable updated bathrooms, bedrooms for all guests with air conditioning. I wanted a dreamy pool experience sipping wine laying out at the pool while looking out magical views. I wanted a villa close to a village where we could go grocery shopping and dinners. This all came true in this most incredible villa. We……

“Property is a working winery, it is so interesting to be there during harvest. Villa was clean and charming. Authentic, not overly gentrified. The villa listing is for half of the villa -6 bedrooms the other half also has 6 bedrooms. I believe there were a few people staying there but you really aren’t bothered by it. You have your own private pool and courtyard. Hostess was lovely and there is always someone there to get you what you need or answer any questions. ”
