"We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a cold beer in the shade on a bench at the l'Étang, after walking through the beautiful garden full of blooms. The room ensuite with comfy bed was very clean, lovely and spacious. The delicious dinner was served under the pergola and very enjoyable together with other guests. Thanks for the hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"Very quiet environment, b&b with seperate entrance for guests and 2 double bedrooms with each a private bathroom tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, spaciuous shower. On a lower level towards the garden and private parking you find a little kitchen where breakfast will be served. Very friendly & helpful owner, spotless clean, great comfort. Many restaurants within 10 min drive in St.Avold. Highly recommended."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It is a beautiful location in a quiet area - a very nice change after the busyness of Paris. We loved riding bikes through the countryside. And the visit to the stunning Chagall stained glass window was so worth the effort. Excellent breakfast with our delightful hosts who assisted us in many ways. "

"Séjour fantastique, l' auberge est un vrai havre de paix, elle est magnifique, dans son jus avec des chambres très spacieuses un jardin qui lui correspond parfaitement et ce calme absolu on entend que les oiseaux. Concernant la cuisine, retrouver les plats authentiques avec une saveur que nous retrouvons que très rarement et à savoir qu'ils sont preparés qu'avec les producteurs des alentours. "It is a classic feeling French space that is spacious but just be prepared for things not to be at 4 star level. Full access to the kitchen is nice and you will have large downstairs and outdoor areas to use. If you have mobility issues avoid because of the circular staircase. Quiet area. "
