NEVER EVER BOOK HERE unless you don’t care about being over booked and not getting what you paid for and have no regard for cleanliness, parking, safety, or personal space. I am a single parent and traveled here with my child to go to an event in the area for his birthday. I booked a PRIVATE room. The “private” rooms were not private. On top of that, they overbooked and told us when we arrived. And he told me I had to call to try to get a refund. They did not tell me before hand but waiting until we arrived late at night to tell me. I tried calling THREE times that day before we got there an no one answered. They said they could fit both of us on one bed in the shared room of 2 bunkers. We went to see the room and it wrecked of marijuana with weed paraphernalia. Out only other option to stay there would be for my child and I to sleep on the tiny leather couch in the “living room” which was a tiny square space between the front door and the rooms. Needless to say we left! Horrible place, not worth it.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough I don’t think I’m ever gonna stay anywhere else when I’m in LA from now on.

Booked last second and was nervous about getting there and it being overbooked based on reviews, but I did not have this issue, although I can understand how it could be for some people. I think the key issue is the lack of any real visible phone number to call beforehand, or any website to check on things other than through expedia or various booking agents. The manager I met was very attentive and he seemed to have a good understanding of what was going on but you can only so much with a white board and one guy, he also was very attentive to keeping things clean and in my conversations with him showed he cared about maintaining the property and engaging with people. The area has a few good stores in walking distance but almost anything of interest is $15-$20 uber away or bus station right on the corner. Super close to airport made getting to and from easy. Overall a good place to sleep on a budget, theres lockers, showers, a kitchen, and its not dirty compared to a lot of hotels I have stayed In.

Very friendly host, guest house was slightly hard to find. Was only given a thin sheet and blanket so it was a cold sleep. You get what you paid for.

They dont have a private rooms, I have to open a share room to have a “private” room, they don’t have a bathroom in the room, the share bathroom don’t have sink to wash your hands and don’t have hot water and you have to parking in the street. I pay for 2 persons and they just leave me one towel and when I asking for one the person was rude and told I just need one… I want my money back.

The listing says 11 am check-in time when is false. My wife and I arrived at 11 am to the property after arriving from Japan to rest a bit before taking another flight. We had to go because at was a 3 pm. Totally disappointed.

It is convenient to LAX and I was able to get to the airport by 4:30am. Transportation is available but you have to know what you are looking for and have some knowledge of the Metro system. Check in was good.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I didn’t even get to stay at this property because they “overbooked” it and didn’t have a room for me. This hotel and Expedia left me stranded. I am still waiting to get a refund from this dump.

If you must book here, don't arrive early or late, & bring toilet paper! I was arriving at LAX at 12:30 a.m. so I needed a secure bed to crash in. Expedia said "24-hour reception", so I paid for a reservation & added a note that I would be coming in late & to save my bed. When I arrived at 3, there was no staff, but the door was open, so I went in. There was no welcome note or explanation, but I found my name on a board under room #4, so I searched & found room #4 - all 4 beds were occupied! It was looking like another Uber & trying to find another hotel --at 3 a.m. On a whim, I opened another room and found an empty bed. The window was open, so it was 45 degrees, but by doubling one blanket & leaving all my clothes on, I could sleep. The following day, nature called, and I went to the bathroom to poop, only to discover there was no toilet paper. Downstairs, I met Alex, the dayshift worker, and mentioned the lack of T.P. His response was he didn't work nights, so it was not his responsibility. I mentioned the absence of a night-time receptionist and that my dorm bed seemed to have been given to someone else, and his response was: "It's first come, first serve & if you want better service, I should have booked a hotel." At 9:30 a.m., as I was leaving, a new guest arrived & Alex said, "You are too early; you have to leave & come back after 3 p.m. without offering to store luggage, which most hostels offer. So now you know the reasons for my first sentence!

Too noisy, won’t be a peaceful night if your working or looking to relax . I suggest you purchase a hotel instead of a house. Much recommended for stress free and many other good reasons
