The Environment
Topanga is known for its wild beauty, and living here means being close to nature. Our property is quiet and rustic, with no streetlights at night — making for incredible stargazing. Expect to see (or hear) wildlife such as coyotes, owls, bobcats, and occasionally even mountain lions or bears. Insects and bugs are also part of the canyon lifestyle. For safety, pets should be kept indoors or supervised at all times.
The Vibe
This is a quiet, “hippie town” with a creative spirit — artists, musicians, and nature lovers call Topanga home. You’ll find local cafés, small markets, and hidden gems throughout the canyon, while the beaches of Malibu and the conveniences of Woodland Hills are just a short drive away.

The property is dark at night except for lights on the deck and front entry — bring a flashlight if arriving after dark.
Cell service can be patchy, but WiFi is provided.
