The shuttle situation was truly disappointing as this the primary reason for choosing this property. I waited 50 plus mins for the shuttle at the airport and had to call twice to get a pick up. I saw shuttles for other properties running like clockwork every few mins. Then I ended up taking a Lyft from the property back to the airport as it was well over 15 mins and it hadn’t showed. Very disappointing.
Second time this has happened to me, come thru LA once a month, will not stay here ever again. Van from airport said Marriott LA airport and I double checked it was on Century Blvd. wrong hotel, they won’t let their vans bring you the 2 min. Have to get an Uber, will not do this again. Just got done flying for 30 hours. Maddening
Extremely dirty, mildewed, stained carpet. Limited dining options. Not even a microwave in the room. The bathroom sink is in the carpeted bedroom. Layout of room not intuitive, e.g., closet centered in room, blocking TV which is in far corner of multiple bed room.
Unaware of the $55 overnight parking fee. We are staying the night, purchased a room and are leaving in the morning. But we had to pay $55 just to park? I can understand if we arent staying, but to just park a car here… just a bummer.
