The hotel service is excellent. It helped us to track back the lost backpack in the transportation and finally retrieved.
On the other hand, very responsive that immediately exchanged the malfunctioning refrigerator

來回羽田機場沒有直接機場巴士, 搭鐵路要起碼轉一次車.

Bad feeling
Do not stay at this hotel. I cannot believe how disrespectful the employees are here, especially the “Night Manager” on the night of December 22nd. He said his name was “Umezawa”. He was really rude and treated us badly. 100% will not stay here again. Even when checking in, the hotel reception acted in a bad mood and pushed their negative energy onto the customers. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels before and none were as bad as the service here. It left us with a bad feeling of this hotel. This is supposed to be hospitality industry right? So bad.
