FULLY REMODELED in 2023, this unit sits in the middle of a quadruplex property in the heart of Atwater Village. It's a 2 bed, 1 bath unit. Everything in the unit is NEW. The kitchen is a white Shaker with black countertops and a subway glass backsplash. All appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo) are of the Samsung brand. The AC and Heating are central, along with a tankless water heater, making for the ease of comfort residents will enjoy.
In the heart of Atwater Village, this property is located in the middle of Los Angeles, as central as it gets. It is only a few minutes away from Americana, Grifith Park, the Hollywood sign, Glendale, Burbank and Hollywood.
