Registration.. we arrived 1-hour early and understood check-un was at 3:00pm yet we come in when Lobby was in full clean mode. Chairs ontop of table, Dirty Linens outside on the floor of laundry room and cleaning carts parked in the hotel lobby hallway. The yound lady behind counter wasnt friendly at first but slowly warmed up (at the end of transaction) then told her we have to check out Saturday, 1-day early which came with a curt "you'll still be charged for that day" which I understood from previous Expedia.com bookings. She then spoke spanish while interacting with staff about our rooms or something. We patiently waited in the small lobby yet felt unwelcomed then other guest checked un before us possibly due to they only had 1-room while we booked 2 rooms.
While waiting you could see the leather stools had rips/white fray on the edges plus scratches the legs. Disappointed because its a "Hilton Hotel" plus called "Hampton" only got worse. The Hallway carpets are old, dark and dingy plus not laying straight. The wall paper or covering are peeling back at the seems both rooms - pretty obvious and if you look at the walls seems its pretty bad finish work. Both desk were flimsy, as if it break if literally used it for work projects (laptop, files, books) yet okay to hold snacks and drinks. Both desk chairs felt if it was bought at 2nd Hand Auction. Then my room key (317) was intermitently working to the point, rekeyed 3/4 times which eventually them changed battery in door
