te for our wedding night. It was disappointing to say the least. After a busy day, we wanted some comfort like a heated pool and hot water. Not here. Tepid pool water, no amenities like towels, no wifi, our phone didn’t even work so we could call room service, not even a water fountain was available on our floor, or even water bottles in the mini fridge. Forget about making tea or coffee, as there’s no coffee maker (and no water!). No blackout curtains on the windows so it was very bright and lourd. Even though we made note of our special occasion, there wasn’t even a piece of chocolate on the pillow, though we would be over the moon on having some basic things like water or wifi at this point. On top of over $200/night for a room with no hot water, there’s also a $30 charge for parking. Would not recommend. Very disappointing. This 4-star hotel is worse than a Travelodge motel. It seems like they focus everything on the fancy lobby and forgot entirely what hospitality is really about.
