For a group of five staying in Los Angeles for a week, its a mixed bag.The property has a lot of broken aspects. Light fixtures and cameras (on the deck) hanging from the ceiling. The back deck's wooden floorboards feeling flimsy and loose, in need of repair. Multiple windows and air vents in the house needing cleaning. Torn screen door material and a front gate that was off the hinges. I addressed some of these concerns to the host, who assured me we would not be charged for these. The rental was also more dirty than anticipated, with the bathroom tub having soap scum and the floors being dirty (plus the air vents and windows mentioned above). There were also not enough towels for a group of five people. And parking in the area can be difficult, especially with more than one vehicle and the lack of driveway parking available to guests. That said, positives include the location and price. The photos of the property are accurate, however the property does need upkeep. Everything works inside the property from the multiple TVs, to the hot tub, to the kitchen appliances. It was nice to have Kobe watching over us though wherever we were in the house.
