Extremely inanimate I very sense.

Morning after arrival awakened at 5 am. Broken shades,some missing slates. Living room rug slippery almost fell. Coffee maker would not work even after I went on line for directions. Silverware drawer had one flimsy teaspoon and one table knife and a couple of plastic forks. No ice. Worst: non stop jack hammering down the hall all day and the next day.

Nice Stay

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, while visiting my grandson nearby. The location is great, walking distance to grocery, Starbucks, a walking/bike trail, the marina and other things. The condo was clean, and quiet and the host was very responsive, if/whenever we had questions. We could have used a few more towels & more light in the bathroom (bulb was out), though we were too busy to request either while we were there.

Cute and Good Area

The apartment is super cute and spacious. It’s in a really good area Ralph’s next door 50 feet away and places to eat and movie theatre all within walking distance. It seems like a very safe area and is quiet. Two things: if you have a car the parking spot is taken over by one car double parking and never moved the enter 5 day stay even after letting the property manager know. Two is if you get coffee they’ll have to be nescafe pods for the machine but Ralph’s is next store so you’ll have buy those if you want coffee.

Very nice apartment in a good location!

We really enjoyed our stayed! The apartment is very spacious and very nicely decorated, and very clean. Kitchen is stocked with the basic although it would have been nice that more than 2 coffee pods were provided. The complex has a very nice pool and hot tub area we really enjoyed it! Location was great a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica Pier and Venice beach!, there is a grocery store close by! Only thing I would say is the parking underground is a little tight, and owner should let people know there are two parking spaces with the one number he provided it was a bit of confusion on which one we should be using! Thx for a great stay would highly recommend this place to anyone!
