The Space:

This bright corner bachelor studio offers a simple, comfortable stay with added privacy and natural light. The space features a full-size bed, a functional kitchenette suited for light meals, a private bathroom, and a practical layout designed to make the most of the space, with a shared laundry room conveniently located in the building. Set in the heart of Hollywood, the property is just moments from the Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre, restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife, with nearby parking options and public transportation providing easy access to the surrounding area. This unit has a floor area of approximately 275 sq ft.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Located at 1825 N Cahuenga Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, this unit places you in the bustling epicenter of Hollywood. Enjoy a one-minute stroll to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Dolby Theater, where the Oscars are held. You’re also just a short drive from Universal Studios, the Hollywood Bowl, and Runyon Canyon for hiking. Explore the vibrant dining and nightlife scene, with trendy restaurants and bars just steps away.



Getting Around:

This prime location makes it easy to navigate Hollywood and beyond. Many attractions are within walking distance, while nearby public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, provide convenient access to the rest of Los Angeles. For drivers, parking is conveniently available in two nearby lots on Hollywood Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd for $20/night. Rideshare services are also readily available, ensuring you can explore LA with ease.

PARKING:

Independent public lots are located in the area along Hollywood Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd. Please note that building management does not provide, manage, or coordinate parking.



SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.

*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.

*Proof of personal liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) is required prior to move-in. If tenant does not provide proof of third-party insurance, tenant will be automatically enrolled in our Landlord Liability Insurance (LLI) policy for $15/month.

*On-site coin/app-operated laundry room available for resident convenience. Machines are independently maintained and operated on a per-use fee basis.

*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.

*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
