Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, charming downtown LA loft. Nestled in the heart of the city, this one bedroom has plenty of character with easy access to a rooftop pool and hot tub with excellent views of the city. Encompassing a large, custom desk that makes it a great place to work from or relax and watch the 55inch tv. There is also a small gym on site. Located above the iconic Zinque restaurant and within walking distance to LA LIVE and Crypto Arena (Staples Center).

Great Stay for Anime Expo

Having a door man and building security access was a nice feature while in downtown Los Angeles. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet despite our stay being both during Anime Expo and 4th of July. The rooftop pool and hot tub were great amenities with beautiful views of the city - especially at night.
