Cozy and close to Universal Studios!

We enjoyed our four day stay! We were not able to enjoy the saltwater pool, but we did enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

Lovely place to stay very clean and comfortable. My kids loved it and enjoyed there stay, it’s a great place to stay because this is very spacious and the neighborhood seems lovely peaceful. I truly recommend it for a family vacation trip..

Great place for small group

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The location was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well thought out for items we might need while there. The backyard was great for meals and hanging out.

Good Freeway Access - Quiet Neighborhood

We liked the neighborhood and the ease of access to the freeway. It was nice having three private bedrooms. The wifi was good. Nice and close to Trader Joes for sundry items. Off street parking was an advantage. Nothing fancy, though. Just a basic house with basic furnishings.

Property was very nice, home had everything you could need or forgot. Would stay here again. It was too cold to swim but pool looked nice. 10 to 15 minute drive to universal on the weekend.

Amazing Property

We stayed as a family, and the house was amazing. The neighborhood was safe, and the amenities were so nice. The place has everything you need for a great family vacation. If I have to stay in Los Angeles again, this would be my go-to place.

Cozy home

The home was very cozy, clean, and our family loved the pool. We stayed a week, so the washer and dryer were also very convenient. We cooked quite a bit during our stay and there was a good variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would recommend this home to others looking to stay in this area.

Quiet neighborhood in location that suited our needs. We are family with children so having multiple grocery, bakery, and restaurant options nearby was great. House was clean and as advertised. We all enjoyed our stay.

Universal Studios Vacay

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home perfect for our trip to visit Universal Studios. We didn't use the pool but enjoyed the pool table. The washer and dryer were great to have.

Spacious home

Owner was responsive throughout questions during all points of contact. House was spacious with the perfect amount of supplies to make a comfortable stay. Weather a little too cool to enjoy pool and couldn’t find light switch for outside.

Fantastic Relaxing Vacation Home.

The home was wonderful. Super clean, newly updated and stayed cool during the hot days. Home was bigger than expected with plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet at night, perfect for a great night's sleep. It was close to grocery store, a couple restaurants and not too far from the LA area sights. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location-Comfortable Place

We had a great stay here. The Owner was very easy to reach before and during our stay. The place was well cleaned and comfortable. After a long day out exploring LA, it was great to come back here and relax, we all had a blast playing pool. The swimming pool looked amazing and my Son even ventured into it for a bit - it was too cold for the rest of us. There was a little alcove outside next to the pool with lighting, it was a very nice spot to hang out in. We would definitely recommend renting this house.

Wonderful host and property

This property was a wonderful experience for our family. We came here to take our children to Universal Studios. It was nice to have the home to escape to after the theme park. The unit was well stocked with essentials and had everything we needed to be able to cook at the unit. Our host was very responsive. He even went and got an extra mattress for us when the top bunk needed a mattress and delivered it to the property. We had multiple children with us and there were games at the property that my kids enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

Our Cali Vacation

We were very happy with our stay. The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool table; my son and I played pool until late in the evening one night. It was convenient to have the kitchen, which we used each evening and morning. We also grilled outside the first night on the BBQ, which was very convenient. Our bed was super comfortable and so we slept really good. I might suggest investing in one or two short cue sticks since the walls are a little close to the pool table in a few areas. The pool outside looked very nice, but it was too cold for us to swim. We noticed your outdoor patio which looked nice, but we didn't use it.

Reseda House - For Universal Studios

I booked this house for my family to stay in Southern California for a few days so we could go to Universal Studios. The home is close to Universal. However, please make sure you allow enough time for traffic on the freeway. The house was as described with one exception, that one exception was one reason why I booked this house, and that a hot tub was listed. However, the host responded and said that was an error and that issue has been corrected. The host was always very quick to respond. The home appears to have been recently remodeled, and came very well stocked with basic needs. The house was very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and I would stay at this property again.
