Turn off TV, appliances & AC/Heat units. All windows and doors must be shut & locked

Upon check-out inspection if it is discovered that any extra cleaning or stain removal or damages are required, you agree to pay any additional cleaning and damage fees.

Wonderful stay

I am a victim of the Eaton fire and this place was such a needed relief! The place was neat and tidy and everything is new! Was easy to reach Lily with any concerns, and the neighborhood was wonderful to walk in for myself and my dog. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quite place and I would definitely stay here again

Great value

We found Claudia's Guest House to be a great value. We stayed 10 days. It's a small 1 BR unit, but has what we needed. Well equipped, clean, modern, in a nice area.
