Over-priced for what it is. It's a cute place and the pool and restaurant are lovely. But there were some weird things, like the toilet paper holder is oddly far away from the toilet. And when I checked in it took about five minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. I think you're paying for the location and decor, not necessarily excellent service.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff were good. Nice pool area and restaurant. Restaurant and bar were closed a big portion of the time for a large event but it was ok.

Loved our room. So darling and had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable and the black out shades gave us the opportunity to sleep in a bit. Very nice staff throughout the hotel. We ate at the Marco Polo restaurant a few times, went to the bar and spent time at the pool. It was a great little getaway.

I have family in nearby Los Feliz, so this is a convenient place to stay, but the only reason I would choose this property. The layout of the rooms is odd, and one side of the building faces (very) noisy Santa Monica Blvd. The platform bed is difficult to walk around and I bruise my shins every time we visit. The separate sink and bathroom area does not work for us, and the automatic (blinding) bathroom light on a motion detector is overkill - how about a normal night light? It would be nice to have a (free) water bottle in the room at this price. After this last stay, my husband and I agreed that the convenience just did not balance out with the experience.

The stay was peaceful and wonderful because of the kind and helpful staff, the room amenities-snacks and drinks, the restaurant with unique takes on entres and super drinks, room service was efficient with excellent capuchinos in the am. The pool was small, but well used with people enjoying the drinks and music.

Room was boho, fun and clean. Just perfect for us. Marco Polo was great. We love breakfast and drinks at the bar. Sadly, our schedule didn’t allow us to use the pool this visit. Everyone was welcoming and really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to returning. Thank you.

Clean room, great location in walkable area next to Erewhon and close to many cafes, shops, restaurants etc. by LA standards. Lovely pool area and food at the onsite restaurant is also lovely. A great stay I would definitely return to.

The vibe is very low key hipster. The staff could not have been more pleasant. Convenient quality restaurant downstairs plus Erehwon store right next door. Be aware no one nearby sells coffee until 8am but just a short walk does the trick. The rooms have single serve espresso machines which will do in a pinch. The pool is delightful but small. Sometimes hard to get a spot. But not a deal breaker on staying here again.

Cool boutique hotel in the Silver Lake neighborhood at Sunset and Santa Monica Boulevard which is trending up with lots of cool restaurants, boutiques and a farmer's market all within a few blocks.

King room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The design in the room was beautiful. Arrived on a Sunday and the pool party was fun as the pool area was a great hangout. The restaurant attached was solid. Easy to walk around to restaurants and bars for a night out. The area felt safe. It was a bit pricey.... 2 nights, 900$...

Shout-out to Carlos the valet — genuinely great service and easily the highlight of the stay. Everything else was pretty disappointing for the price. I specifically asked for our room to be made up, only to come back to exactly the same messy room. The first floor had loud machines running, carpets being vacuumed, and paper covering the floors. It felt more like staying in a property mid-renovation than a boutique hotel. For $1,100 for two nights, I expected considerably better. Cool aesthetic, but unfortunately the price is doing a lot more heavy lifting than the hotel.
