Enjoy breezy summer evenings in this cozy & spacious Long Beach gem! This 7,000 sq. Ft. lot includes large gated 4-car driveway, 3 bedrooms, a spacious private backyard oasis and is jam packed with amenities. Only 0.7mi to the beach, 1mi to Downtown, and walking distance to countless shops, restaurants & attractions.
This home boasts modern living conveniences and upgrades while keeping its Craftsman charm and beauty. Enjoy house-wide air conditioning, high -speed WiFi, heaters in every room, and washer/dryer in a separate laundry room. The living room has a 75” TV and you’ll find several board games great for gathering around with friends & family. Each bedroom includes a 55” SMART TV equip with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney+ & more. The kitchen features a 5 burner gas stove, quartz counters, a breakfast bar and stainless appliances. Nicely updated house. Close to many activities.
Stayed with my family of 6. Nicely renovated interior. Very nice fenced in backyard and patio area. Nice off street parking in a very busy area and neighborhood. Good communication from the owner. No kitchen table to eat at if eating in the home. Thought the listing said there was a tv in each bedroom - there was not. Overall a nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for longer stays
We stayed in Samy's house for a month-long stay in Southern California during June and July. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our family (two adults and one child). The kitchen was nice with all new appliances that work well, and had all the essentials for a longer stay. The A/C was more than enough to keep the whole house cool. The shower was amazing. Both my wife and I found the king bed very comfortable and slept great throughout our stay. We had family over for BBQ a couple of times, and the enclosed yard is a nice space for kids to run around, or just to relax outside. My wife worked remotely throughout our stay, and the desk was a good workspace for her. The internet was fast and reliable with zero issues. The house was very quiet and noise from the neighborhood never intruded into our space.
The location in Long Beach is great as well - the grocery store down the block is very convenient, and there were multiple restaurants and donut shops a short walk away. The beach really was within walking distance, although we usually drove both because our child is young and we wanted to bring more than we could carry. The neighborhood seems very safe, and we were never worried about our security either at home or while walking around the area.
Samy was very responsive whenever we reached out, and was always courteous, generous, and attentive to our questions. Overall this was an excellent place for a longer stay, and will be the first place we consider next time we plan to visit the area.
