Very disappointed long term customer
We were not aware there was a set time you have to be there to meet someone to check in. We went there in the am when we landed and they said no one was on site. We went to hollywood sightseeing and received a call in the afternoon saying we needed to come now we tried but got stuck in traffic and could not make it there before the check in person was leaving because we didnt want to miss the dodgers game we had tickets for. We ended up going and renting a hotel room somehwere else m so we had somewhere to sleep and never got to use this room . If someone would have told us we had to do an appointment to check in we would have......very disappointed i have been a ling term customer of hotels.com amd have loat confidence now due to all the stress we suffered on our vacation and all yhe extra money we had to spend to have some where to sleep
