Villa Hermosa is centrally located in a family friendly quiet neighborhood only minutes from Universal Studios and Six Flags. Bring the whole family to this stylish curated oasis just a mile from Routes 118, 170, 101, Interstate 405, and 5. This 5 bedroom abode features a swimming pool and outdoor dining, with gas powered grill and tons of entertainment including a foosball table, a music room with a Yamaha baby grand piano and other fun amenities. Wehave Air mattresses for additional guests.

Stylish and comfortable home with 2 living room areas, a fabulous grand piano and a fun swimming pool in a cozy suburban neighborhood. We are conveniently located near the 405 and 5 Freeways and a mere 10 minutes from Disney and Nickelodeon Studios, Universal Studios, Warner Brother Studios, and Universal City Walk and only 15 minutes from Hollywood.
