Great choice for non-summer stay
There are lots of good points to this property, including access to great restaurant options (and a grocery) on Main Street, nearby Amazon delivery lockers, dedicated on-site parking, and quiet neighbors. The minor complaints I would cite are that the property could use a real spruce-up. There are scuffs on the wall, paint wear to the cabinets, and failed caulk around the bathroom fixtures. Some of the cabinet latches don't work. All this would be easy to address and is by no means a show-stopper. There is central heat, but the air conditioning is provided by a single window unit in the living room. This is noisy and doesn't cool all the way to the bedroom. There is a standalone evaporative cooling unit in the bedroom, but it is also noisy, and running this kind of "swamp cooler" only provides a cool breeze at the expense of higher ambient heat+humidity since this unit doesn't vent its exhaust to the outside. We were visiting during a heat wave into the high-90s, so if you're not in that situation, it's probably fine.

Great space and are
This space is a really nice size and has a lot of room which made my partner and I very comfortable. The host is very communicative and addresses needs right away. The unit is in a great area that really doesn’t pull in the heat of the sun, just natural light - so it stays relatively cool throughout the day, but there is also AC units in both rooms as needed. The bed is very comfortable, a solid mattress that is soft to lay on. One thing to keep in mind, and this is nothing to do with the space it self or the owner, but the upstairs neighbor is pretty loud at all hours. I’m used to apartment life, so wasn’t a big issue for us. But if you’re sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, might be something to consider. Overall, this is a great space and a great area. Everything we did was about 20 mins in all directions, so very central and the parking made it super easy to travel around. :)

Clean, comfortable and safe!
My husband and I stayed three nights at this property and we’re very happy with our experience. It was very clean with spotless new appliances and comfortable bed and furniture. Covered offstreet parking was a big plus. The neighborhood is residential and very safe. The management contact person was very accessible and responsive. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, worked well with twin boys age 10
I was worried the property was a little too 'nice' for my twin boys age 10, but they respected the property and I got to enjoy a lovely atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, including pull-out sofa. Appreciated the desk with comfortable chair for working and windows letting in natural light and air. Really enjoyed the Keurig coffeemaker and the tea/coffee provided.
