All i have to say is dont go in the summer momths. Property is at FULL CAPACITY with not enough workers to handle. Also Tock Royalty DOES NOT gain entrance to VIP AREAS even though it says your VIP!

What really stood out to me was the energy of the resort. Whether you’re into beach volleyball, poolside games, or just lounging with a drink in hand, there's always something happening. The staff made the experience even better—super friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure every guest was having a great time. Jhoan was especially great he made the check in process very smooth and always had a bright smile on his face! Lewis too! The on-site restaurants offered a great variety of flavors—from local favorites to international dishes—and everything I tried was fresh and delicious.
