“Everything was good until the time we checked out. While we were waiting for the Uber, the hotel staffs, two ladies, asked me to come over then told me “Uber can’t go to the airport, you should call taxi”. I asked my Uber driver is it true and obviously, it’s a lie. I can understand the stuffs want us to call taxi in front of the hotel but it’s not a good reason to tell your customers a lie. I feel really upset when leaving the hotel. There must be something wrong with their stuff training. ”

Y la persona encargada de los servicios quería cobrarla como si nosotros lo hubiéramos hecho, la sábana estaba ta deshilachada se notaba que tenía tiempo así rota y nos estaba cobrando $400 pesos por ella, se le explica y se le comenta pero las dos mujeres encargadas intentaron culparnos”

“Not quiet enough on the weekends ”

“Te dan una clave para el internet y en toda la estancia nunca funcionó, no importa si estaba en la habitación o cerca de la recepción; en ocasiones también la tele se quedaba sin internet. La habitación estaba sucia, el lavabo tenía moho y la regadera tenía la mayoría de lo hoyos tapados, además de que el agua tenía un olor raro, como de agua tratada. Lo que sí hay que resaltar es la amabilidad de los empleados”
