“The staff were all very kind happy and welcoming. Excellent facilities in the apartment. Very spacious outdoor areas sec9nd pool area was a surprise thought there was only 1 and so very quiet. ”

“Property could do with some improvements, very weathered, nice view points, nice quiet front, short walk to bars and shops. Maid was lovely, receptionist not so much, no warm welcome, just here’s your room key take the lift, next please…. Restaurant .. wow, shocking… what I can say, no organisation, kids running up and down as staff move food round 30 prior to service closing, stayed 4 nights only went for breakfast twice, same each time, no glasses, no seats, no coffee cups, not a lot of……

“Unser Zimmer war in der 2. Etage (obwohl wir uns vorab ein Zimmer in der „obersten Etage“ gewünscht haben - wurde so leider nicht berücksichtigt) mit seitlichem Meerblick. Abgesehen von der „Etagenlage“ war es total in Ordnung (Größe, Ausstattung etc.). Die gesamte Anlage ist ansprechend und sehr gepflegt! Das Servicepersonal ist äußerst aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit - TOP! Das Fitness-Studio könnte ein paar Hanteln/Geräte mehr „gut vertragen“ - ist aber auch so……

“We loved these apartments, love the attention to detail, comfort and eco friendly policies and care. We have been coming to Lanzarote a few years and usually stay in a nearby complex. We had to extend our two week trip for medical reasons and there was no availability where we were already staying. We had 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment, it was so much more comfortable than where we usually stay. Bed comfy, good sleep, sofa comfy, kitchen so much better equipped, even has a blender! There is so……

“Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. Staff were always polite and ready on hand with useful information of what to do and see around the island. We played pickle……

“The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.”
