“Housekeeping banging loud around our room not being professional listening to music buds in their ears so they couldn't hear you tell them anything and probably is the reason the idiots couldn't figure out they were pizzing people off that were trying to sleep!”

“The location seemed iffy at first. Everything else was fine.The staff was personable and friendly. The breakfast room staff was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. Towels were great.”

“Front desk female was slow but helpful, when my college age daughters checked in later as planned the male at the front desk male couldn't be bothered to give them a key said ``go knock on her door``. Coffee is pretty bad, would prefer to not have breakfast is the cost could be lower. When we got up about 7 am, our one key no longer worked. Beds were fine, it was a very affordable price at convenient location McDonalds, Taco John's , Walmart, Menards, Aldi, Goodwill and Savers! Would stay……

“Great place to stay very helpful staff”

“Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately……

“Parking is across street, not convenient for checking in and out. Elevators are only available with your key card and only one of two worked. No stairway access to rooms so even lower floors need to use the elevator and when one was out it took 10 minutes to get up to your room. Parking is extra $5 per day.”

“Pool was very small lots of people in it and we couldn’t swim Checking in we had questions and the girl said she had something she had to attend to and we never got our questions answered But the rooms were very clean”
