"The hotel itself is ok. It’s not the best place I’ve stayed but it’s not the worst either. The neighborhood is questionable with questionable people hanging around outside that aren’t hotel quests. The room was clean. "

"The property was in the Downtown which we needed. The area is typical downtown with the benefits of small really good eating places. The hotel caters to middle class people and has a great vibe. For the price it was a warm and friendly place with everything we needed."

"I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again. "
