“Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging……

“Hotel Wawel is conveniently located in the old town and couple of minutes walk to the main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome in July and the rooms were very quiet. We used the free coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor which was a nice touch and there was a wide choice of food to choose from at breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and booked our table at The Black Duck and organised our taxi transfers back to the airport. My……

“The reception staff, especially Veronica, was most helpful and informative. When we arrived we had just learned that our tour operator for visiting Auschwitz had moved our meeting time for departure to 5:40 a.m. from 9 a.m. Veronica offered to have a take-away breakfast available for us to take with us at 5 a.m. The property is at a prime location near old Town Krakow and also Tram lines for transport throughout the town.”

“The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty. They charge only 38 pln for breakfast, but I would rather pay 55 pln for a delicious one like I had in Warsaw. It is very simple breakfast, but coffee machine is……
