"It’s a unique hotel for sure, the former CFB Summerside. It’s not in walking distance to anything but it’s a cool little hotel with amazing staff. The gym has a fantastic weight selection and some basic cardio equipment, the rooms are well maintained, clean, quiet and the AC works a dream. The onsite restaurant is excellent for breakfast, great value, lots of gluten free options and again, incredible staff. The water is not potable at the moment so they provide as much bottled water as you need so it’s not an issue at all. Slemon Park hotel offers excellent value and for a comfortable, clean home base, I recommend it highly."

"Beautiful location. Worth the upgrade to water view. Had everything I wanted: pool, king bed, wifi. My husband loves seafood and thoroughly enjoyed the lobster roll and chowder on site. Definitely worth the drive from Charlottetown. The fixtures are a bit tired but kept so clean I was happy to overlook. Great value."

"Nice clean spacious room comfortable king-size bed staff friendly at the front desk. Breakfast was OK. Typical free breakfast at hotels scrambled eggs, sausage soggy hashbrowns toast make your own waffle orange juice, apple juice lots of parking 10 minute walk to downtown."
